Springvale Riesling is from the masters of Riesling, the Grosset winery. A seriously fresh, dry and acidic drop of wine which is certainly not made for fans of ‘lolly water’ whites. If you are a Riesling fan and want to experience precision wine-making with a sucker-punch then this is the wine for you. Don’t serve it too cold and don’t say we didn’t warn you!
