We enjoy a variety of different Chardonnay wines, from the full-bodied and oak-driven Margaret River and Napa wines through to the restrained and minerally French examples. Good fruit and great wine making will always win. This Rosabrook is delightful and sits somewhere in the middle. It could do with a little rest according to the pros and we think that is a tip worth taking. Pop a couple in the cellar and set your alarm for Summer in two to three years.
