You are allowed to drink this now... but if you wait for another 25 years you will be truly rewarded for being a clever and patient wine collector. Moss Wood highly recommends at least 7 years further cellaring. We think the best idea is to buy 3 bottles; one to try now, one to enjoy in 7 years and then a final bottle to savour in 25 years. Good plan.
