"Rose" is European for "summer". And for summer we love Bella Rouge, a Cabernet Sauvignon rose. This wine spent 24 hours on the skins of the Cab Sav grapes, just long enough to impart a pop of bright pink colour and some delicate tannins to complement the fruity goodness. Serve chilled with a late lunch in the sunshine.
