It’s a classic Margaret River Cab Sav, just without the substantial price tag that would normally accompany such a great wine. Hay Shed Hill is definitely worth a visit when down south in WA. It has a great cellar door and even better casual restaurant with outdoor settings as well – it just ticks all the boxes!
