100% Margaret River Cab Sav goodness from a winery with an excellent reputation for putting amazing fruit into their 'Block' release wines. The cellar door here is exceptional too. They have the perfect blend of tasting room, excellent food, views, service and vibes. One of our favourite spots to meet friends when we're down South. The Wine Maker has suggested 10 years in the cellar but it's unlikely we will be able to resist until then. Age (if you can), decant, drink and smile.
