If you're not confident with French wine but like Shiraz, or Shiraz blends like GSM then this is a great drop. French wine can be confusing, they classify everything differently to Australian wines. So consider this a tip from a friend - a lovely, fruity blend of Shiraz, Grenache and Mouvedre like many of the Barossa blends but slightly softer. Really fabulous drinking now.
