Another exquisite wine from one of Mr WP's favourite wineries. The Cape Mentelle Chardonnay is a great example of quality Margaret River Chardonnay. With beautiful clean structure and a wonderful balance of oak that complements the fruit. In non-wine terms that means not too dry, or sweet, or oaky... It's classic and delicious.
