Great Southern Chardonnay. The destination for our next wine trip and it couldn’t come soon enough. There are so many amazing wineries down there and the cool climate delivers perfect wine gems like this one. Mrs WP is Chardonnay obsessed and FHB8 is another new-find Chardonnay that ticks all the boxes. Not too big, not too little, it’s just right. Goldilocks would love it.
